SSaattuurrddaayy 'Pilot blackout from 10pm until 5.30am and if it works'... what a ridiculous statement, of course turning of the electric will save money and energy but at what cost? Another short sighted pilot scheme, its all been done before why reinvent the wheel!
Cllr Robert Excell said 'modern security cameras worked well in pitch black conditions'. Then why not roll this out in camera prolific areas like the harbour or town centre?
