Former Torbay company The Renwick Group - parent company of Princess Yachts International - has been sold in what is believed to be a pounds200million deal.

Corporate specialist Cris Boyce from leading Torquay law firm, Boyce Hatton, acted for the seller and led a team of 12 lawyers - including lawyers from the Cayman Islands - in one of the biggest commercial deals to be managed from the Westcountry.
