I READ that the Conservative council next April will be making draconian cuts to the least fortunate in Torbay, as if the Conservative-led government were not making enough problems for the less well-off.
I fail to see where the debts came from, because previous councils in Torbay have never overspent, certainly not on the average person anyway.See the full content of this document
