Summary
I WAS out riding my bike the other morning with my partner, along the back road from Newton Abbot to Torquay. The road was straight and clear and both of us were in fluorescent clothing so we were highly visible. A van drove past us very close and sounded the horn as loud as possible, clearly with the intention of scaring us. There was no reason for this irresponsible anti-social behaviour.
Also on the ride this morning we were cycling merrily along a cycle path beside The Avenue (Newton Abbot) and a car was parked right on the (off-road) cycle path with the driver on his mobile, oblivious that we were on the path.See the full content of this document
