A torquay man who launched an unprovoked assault on another man in the street has been warned the outcome could be prison.
At Exeter Crown Court Judge Graham Cottle told 23-year-old Roy Thompson: "This offence was an act of unprovoked street violence committed while you were under the influence of drink.
