THE stage was set for some exciting golf at the weekend when Torquay Golf Club hosted the prestigious Torbay Cup in their centenary year (writes Coach).

The Cup was presented in 1938 and is played for annually between the six Bay clubs, which now features Churston, Dainton Park, Dawlish Warren, Stover, Teignmouth and Torquay.
