TRIBUTES have been paid to two teenagers and a nineyear-old boy who were killed in a crash in South Devon at the weekend.

Tom Capewell, 17, (below), known as TJ, from Aveton Gifford and Jamie Baker, 18, (above), who grew up there, were killed when their car crashed into a wall near the village.
