Summary
I read with interest Cap'n Bob's column every Saturday evening and last Saturday's words (HE, February 16) depicted the frustration of certain intelligent gentlemen who feel so strongly about what has and is going on with regards to the redevelopment of Brixham that they try to put their point to the councillors at the monthly meetings.
Now I am aware that the short time allowed for the public to address the council is for questions only, but on the other hand how can a person get his point across to the council in a face-to-face situation?See the full content of this document
