The operators of three skip companies have been ordered to pay more than pounds17,000 in fines and costs for illegally tipping thousands of tonnes of controlled waste in a landfill at Kingskerswell.
Two of the companies, Skip-It Torbay and ABC and Siddalls Skip Hire, continued taking waste to Yannon Lane Landfill after the site had reached its maximum permitted annual limit for 'mixed' waste of 4,999 tonnes.See the full content of this document
