UNCERTAINTY still surrounds the future of Brixham's new fish quay restaurant despite an interest being shown in the venture by local celebrity seafood chef Mitch Tonks.
Mr Tonks (above), who lives in the port and has two restaurants in Dartmouth and one in Bristol, was the front-runner in the bid to launch an upmarket eatery as part of the multi-million pound regeneration.
