I MUST say I have the utmost sympathy with Mrs Lesley Wright (HE, Dec 7).
To try to get bins emptied, not just for herself, but the other residents of Colwyn Court: elderly ladies and gentlemen 'who were distressed', from the period of September 15, when first collection due to as late as November 3 is to be congratulated on her efforts against all the difficulties she was subjected to, from employed persons who should have dealt with the matter post haste.See the full content of this document
