I SAW the 'artistic representation' of the proposed Torwood Street development in the Herald Express and I do believe that some questions should be put to the developers putting forward this extraordinary proposition.
It is the case (unless a surveyor says otherwise) that the Victorian buildings which Riviera Estates seek to demolish are structurally sound. They have, until recently, been trading businesses and have been boarded only within the last few weeks by Riviera Estates themselves.
