The 35th annual meeting of Bishopsteignton Probus Club took place at the Cockhaven Manor Hotel.

Twenty-four members were in attendance and following the usual reports the following officers were elected for the 2007/8 session: Clive Angel, chairman; David Mudie, vice-chairman and secretary; Roger Langley, treasurer; Russell Gleaves, social secretary; Dr Roger Avery, programme secretary; Ian Doddrell, press officer; Eric Comley, Mick Flory and Dennis Knapp committee members.
