A SOUTH Devon school girl, born three months premature and weighing just 2lbs 13oz, has been setting world records -- in weight lifting.

GCSE student Shachar Head, 14, is being tipped for possible Olympic glory in 2016 after setting four new world records and becoming the new European Champion for her age at the World Drug Free Power-lifting Federation's European Championships in Bournemouth. In the squat she posted world records of 125kg or 275.5 pounds and 73kg or 160.9 pounds for the bench press.
