A NEW partnership of public and volunteer services is about to 'connect' with Kingsbridge.

Called South Hams Connect, the partnership outreach operation which includes the police, the Citizens Advice Bureau, local councils and even South West Water, is aimed at making it easier for people to reach the services they need.
