REGARDING 'Tory hopeful joins push to protect Bay gateway' (HE, October 29), despite my previous response, Marcus Wood still questions the need to build 15,000 houses within Torbay, now joined by residents of the Scotts Meadow Project group.

Mr Wood still insists that nobody doubts that some families are in urgent need of improved accommodation. I should say so, Mr Wood.
