Regarding 'MPs' expenses claims must be transparent' (May 25), while agreed along the political spectrum that all MPs' expenses claims must be transparent, subject to close scrutiny, and must never happen again, one becomes a little unhappy at the constant 'holier than thou' communiques foisted upon us by Tory Parliamentary candidate for Torbay, Marcus Wood.
I wrote some time ago of the vision of Marcus Wood, astride a white horse, sporting a white Stetson, riding into 'Dodgy City' and cleaning up Westminster. All those MPs, from whatever the side of the political spectrum, having misused and taken advantage, deserve to be vilified equally.
