DARTMOUTH councillors are looking at calling a halt to the freeloading which is helping to shove up the cost of the town's loss- making guildhall to more than Pounds 45,000 a year.
So many organisations now use the building for nothing that if they all paid the going rate to hire the building it would knock something like Pounds 10,000 a year off the cash taxpayers have to find to subsidise it.See the full content of this document
