A NEW life-saving club for Torbay is in the process of being set up with the aim of starting beach patrols next summer, writes Conrad Sutcliffe. The Torbay Surf Life Saving Club is the brainchild of former Torquay Athletic captain Brendon Prince - a keen water sports enthusiast.
