A stunning win over Henlow Park 22-1 -- after the Bedfordshire triple had conceded with eight ends to play -- saw the Kings rink go on and beat Joan Gardiner (Berks) 20-9 before losing out to Sheerness St Georges (Kent) 22-5 in sight of the quarter-finals.
