I WOULD wish to reply to a letter by Peter Foreman (HE, August 31) where he was writing about the Kennedy family at the beginning of the Second World War.
Mr Joe Kennedy Snr was the American ambassador over here at that time but, with regret, Joe Senior didn't like Great Britain. He openly stated Britain didn't stand a chance in the coming war against the mighty Hitler and Germany. He was very much pro-German.See the full content of this document
