Summary
I HAVE to echo Kate Jackson's letter (July 24) and its quick defence of Nick Bye and Torbay Council in light of the outrageous criticism metered out by Kevin Fannon (July 23).
I am sure there is a vast amount more Mr Bye would like to oversee happening in Torbay if he was not so tightly restricted by budgets, petty politics, Central Government decisions and so forth, including the actions of the local population itself.See the full content of this document
