A BUMPER crowd flocked to Haldon Hill on a sun-drenched afternoon for Exeter's Children's Day, with over 200 youngsters joining in the special competitions and activities. But, despite some good prize money on offer, there was a disappointing turnout of runners on the track with just 38 horses contesting the six races.
