FOUR people who were involved in an outbreak of late night drunken street violence in Torquay have avoided immediate prison sentences.
At Exeter Crown Court, Judge Stephen Wildblood QC told the quartet who antics were captured on closed circuit surveillance cameras: "Drunken violence like this needs a firm response from the courts.
