I, FOR one, do not think the mayor's sensible decision to make a U-turn on the proposed fish restaurant of the Downs will put off developers from investing in projects around the Bay.
The first priority of developers is to estimate the profit margin, which their investment will bring in the longer term. I do not have a problem with that aspect of business practice.See the full content of this document
