AS A REGULAR group of dog walkers in Young's Park, Paignton, we all agree that there are irresponsible dog owners, and this we deplore. However, there are a very large number of dog owners who are extremely conscientious about cleaning up after their dogs, and indeed at times other people's as well.
The intrinsic nature of the park would change drastically if families, the elderly, the disabled, young and old could not socialise with their dogs running freely and under supervision.See the full content of this document
