MANAGER Paul Buckle is refusing to pressure his Torquay United players to 'do an Exeter City' and win back-to-back promotion next season.

"People will compare us, because of the close proximity of the clubs," said Buckle, who left a coaching role with the Grecians in 2007, saw them beat the Gulls on their way back into the Football League and then followed them up from the Conference last season.
