A newton Abbot postal worker has been reported as driving carelessly and inconsiderately after being involved in a death crash.
Now the Crown Prosecution Service will decide whether or not to take legal action against him. The 46-year-old man, who has not been named, was arrested by police in July after the Royal Mail lorry he was driving collided with a van on the outskirts of Exeter.
