The people of Brixham voted for regeneration, they voted for a Tesco store, they voted for a marina and they voted for Brixham 21 to be at the forefront in driving the regeneration through. It was a vote of confidence not only for Brixham 21 but also for Brixham Town Council, TDA, Torbay Council and Nick Bye.
