TORQUAY's popular Pedal Car Grand Prix returned triumphant, revived through the efforts of South Devon College engineering students who rebuilt the ageing pedal cars.
The event, which over the years has raised more than Pounds 200,000 for local charities, returned to Torre Abbey Meadows after a break of two years with 12 re-engineered cars, welded and rebuilt.See the full content of this document
