LONG-STANDING head chef Horace Ham will soon be hanging up his hat and retiring from his position at the Riviera International Conference Centre, after nearly 24 years.

Horace, one of the original members of staff at the RICC, which opened to the public in 1987, will leave an impressive legacy.
