A MAN accused of burning a costume shop to the ground and stealing imitation police and military weapons has been remanded in custody while a police forensic report is being prepared.

Christopher Donnachie, 29, of no fixed address, faces one charge of arson involving Lionel Digby's Torbay Costume Hire company in Market Street on April 2, as wellwell as one charge of burglary and four of possession of imitation military and police equipment including a uniform, deactivated fire arms and ammunition.
