TWO South Devon businessmen have issued a legal claim for more than Pounds 16million against fashionable plastic shoe-maker Crocs. Craig Anderson, of Great Englebourne, Harberton, near Totnes, and Todd Albrecht, of Sparrow Road, Totnes, issued the writ in November, claiming the international retailer broke their supply deal.
Court papers from the Queen's Bench Division of the High Court of Justice say the two men, trading as Spectrum Agencies, were agents for Crocs.See the full content of this document
