JULY of village flower shows and fetes. The month of hot spells, heavy showers, longer periods of rain and the radiant flush of June's leaves darkening.
It's great to see cub swallows on the wing, and a few swift families weaving those dizzy flight patterns above the rooftops of town and suburbs. Most of those young swifts were airborne about five weeks after their birth.See the full content of this document
