Fire investigators Keith Pascoe and Ian Hayward, both station managers from brigade headquarters in Exeter, are heading the probe into the Ellacombe blaze which killed Ben McAuliffe and Stephani Wojak at their Ellacombe Church Road home on Saturday morning.
