AROUND a quarter of Torbay Council's staff are fighting back against pay cuts.
The deadline for submitting appeals against the job evaluation process has now passed and the council says 467 appeals by a total of 853 staff have been made against the pay changes: 301 appeals are about council posts and 166 for staff in schools.See the full content of this document
