Jilted Driver Crashed His Car While Drunk
A MAN who was dumped by his girlfriend in front of her new boyfriend has been banned from driving for three years after crashing into a wall while drunk at the wheel. The court heard that Thomas Martin spent an evening drinking and had hoped to stay the night at his girlfriend's but she decided to end the relationship instead and involved her new lover.
Motorist Hurt in 'Back Road' Crash
A MAN was taken to hospital with suspected whiplash injuries last night after an accident involving two cars and a tractor. The incident occurred at 5.26pm on the Milber back road between Torquay and Newton Abbot.
